By accessing and using SociaSync ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SociaSync provides a sales automation platform that includes lead management, multi-channel outreach, AI-powered communication, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SociaSync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents for communications sent through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SociaSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SociaSync harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
